3pe spiral steel pipe is a high-strength, high-quality steel pipe product produced using spiral steel pipe manufacturing technology. This steel pipe has excellent corrosion resistance and is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, natural gas, construction and other fields.
It is mainly composed of three layers: the first layer is high-density polyethylene, the second layer is an adhesive layer, and the third layer is a polyethylene anti-corrosion layer. Among them, polyethylene is a polymer material with good chemical corrosion resistance and drilling resistance, which can effectively prevent steel pipes from being corroded by the external environment. At the same time, the adhesive layer can provide good adhesion between layers of different materials and enhance the overall strength of the steel pipe. The reasonable combination of the above three layers of materials allows the 3pe spiral steel pipe to almost completely overcome the shortcomings of ordinary steel pipes.

3PE anticorrosion is generally composed of 3 layers:
One layer of epoxy powder (FBE>100um)
Two-layer adhesive (AD) 170~250um
Three layers of polyethylene (PE) 2.5~3.7mm
Things to note when using spiral steel pipes
Before using 3pe spiral steel pipe, a series of preliminary preparations need to be done. First of all, the surface of the steel pipe must be pre-treated to clean it and ensure that it is free of oil, dust and other impurities. Afterwards, primer treatment is required to apply primer to increase the corrosion resistance of the steel pipe. Finally, mid-coating and top-coating are performed to form the entire 3pe anti-corrosion layer, making the steel pipe have better corrosion resistance.
