Each set of WJK-TG welded rail clamp includes: base, upper cover, adjustment plate, bolts, nuts, springs, flat washers.
The base plate of the rail clamp is welded to the upper flange plate of the steel crane beam by three-sided welding or two-sided side welding, which can ensure that the horizontal force of the crane is smoothly transmitted to the crane beam, and avoid the defect of weakening the flange section caused by a large number of holes on the flange of the crane beam. Therefore, it effectively improves the cross-sectional bearing capacity of the crane beam.
The base plate of the WJK-TG welded rail clamp is connected to the lower end of the T-bolt in a spherical joint, so that the T-bolt and the upper cover of the rail clamp remain vertical under the action of lateral force, and allow for deflection. It can reduce the damage of the lateral impact force of the crane to the track, crane beam, brake system and other structures. Thereby extending the service life of the structure.
The WJK-TG rail clamp is equipped with a gauge adjustment plate for adjusting the gauge, which can improve the installation accuracy and reduce the deviation of the center line of the rail. It also has a two-way self-locking function to prevent loosening during use. The T-bolts and the upper cover can be freely disassembled and assembled, providing extremely convenient conditions for construction, installation and maintenance.
The upper cover of the WJK-TG rail clamp matches the curvature of the rail section, which can not only clamp the rail tightly, but also prevent the rail from sliding slightly in the longitudinal direction. It is also conducive to the full-length welding of the rail.
